About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Fiano fruit comes from vineyards in the Cannito area of Capaccio-Paestum, at 150–210 metres above sea level. The vines are 12–14 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and cold-macerated for six hours at 4 °C. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for six months before bottling.
