About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vines cultivated according to organic principles, with an average age of 19 years. The vineyards lie at 150–210 m above sea level and face south and southwest.
Vinification
Harvest and sorting are done by hand, and the grapes reach the winery in small plastic crates. They are destemmed and gently pressed, then given 6 hours of cold maceration at no more than 4 °C. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in the same stainless steel tanks for around 6 months.
Tasting profile
Generous white fruit notes and good acidity.
