Terroir

The estate lies in the heart of Cilento National Park in Campania, southern Italy. The area has rich biodiversity and mineral-rich soils. The nearby sea and abundant sunshine create a microclimate that suits the vines.

Winemaking

Natural fertilizersManure and horns from nearby grazing buffalo build humus and soil fertility.
Photovoltaic systemSolar power in the winery keeps CO2 emissions to a minimum.
Mixed estateVines cover one fifth of the estate; the rest is pasture, orchards, olive groves and woodland.

Only natural fertilizers are used, including manure and horns from buffalo grazing nearby. These improve the soil's natural fertility and build humus.

The winery is equipped with a photovoltaic system that keeps carbon dioxide emissions to a minimum.

Philosophy
