About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the Alta Langa production area.

Grapes

70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested manually with selective picking and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine then remains on its noble fermentation lees for 6 months.

Ageing

Secondary fermentation and maturation take place in bottle. The wine spends 30 months on the lees before disgorgement without dosage, producing a pas dosé Alta Langa.

Tasting profile

Dried-fruit and honey notes are balanced by lively acidity. The perlage is persistent and long-lasting, while the overall profile combines elegance with complexity.

Serving and pairing

Suitable as an aperitif and particularly well matched with shellfish and other fish-based dishes. Cellar life is 5 years.
