Barbera grown in Piedmont.
Grapes
100% Barbera.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually with selection, then crushed and destemmed. An eight-hour cold maceration on the skins precedes gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Ageing
Refined in stainless steel.
Tasting profile
Light, attractive pink. Floral and fruity aromas are fresh and rounded. The palate is balanced and velvety, with medium structure.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with tomato and mozzarella, savoury pies, pizza, shellfish, meat carpaccio or tuna. Cellar life is 2–3 years.
