About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the municipality of Colognola ai Colli at approximately 200 m above sea level. The soils are silty clay, with substantial sand and some tuff. The vines average around 20 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed under nitrogen. Following cold maceration, the must ferments at low temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Aromatic, with a warm, gently sweet palate.
