About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is made without the use of sulfites, as are all wines in the "Telos" range.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% used once before.

"Telos" Il Rosso grew out of the Castagnedi brothers' dream of making a high-quality natural wine that expresses the character of the grapes and soil, while showing the purity and generosity of nature.
