About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in the municipality of Magliano, near the Maremma Nature Reserve.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates in the second or third week of September, at optimal ripeness. Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by 20 days of maceration at a controlled temperature for polyphenol extraction. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in tanks for four months, followed by at least six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The wine is well structured, with fruity aromas and a harmonious finish.
