About this wine
Grapes
In spring, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave are blended for greater aromatic depth and complexity.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested in early October. After pressing, they undergo an extended cold maceration in the press. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10–14 °C.
Ageing
Extended ageing on the lees adds depth, richness and complexity to the aromas and flavours.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, elegant and delicate, with depth, richness and complexity in both aroma and flavour.
Label / history
The name “Vigneti di Monteforte” refers to Dante Alighieri, a close friend of Cangrande I, Prince of Verona.
