About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Castiglione Tinella and Castagnole delle Lanze.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are taken to the winery, pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12–14 months in large tonneaux and smaller oak barrels.
