About this wine
Vinification
The red grapes are vinified traditionally. Amarone pomace is then added to the young Valpolicella, initiating a second fermentation lasting 10–15 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by 4–6 months in bottle in the Villa Molino estate cellars.
Tasting profile
Well structured, with restrained acidity, velvety tannins and a generous aroma.
