About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in the La Morra and Serradenari vineyards in the Langhe. The vines are planted at 520 m above sea level on north-facing slopes with clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in 350 L French oak tonneaux.
Ageing
The wine matures in tonneaux for around 20 months.
