About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on coastal hills around Menfi in southwestern Sicily. The vineyards receive abundant sunshine and low rainfall, with steady sea breezes from the Mediterranean Sea. These conditions support organic farming.
Label / history
Inycon takes its name from the ancient Greek name for Menfi. “Blanc de Blancs” means “white from whites”, referring to the exclusive use of white grape varieties. Cantine Settesoli is a cooperative based in Menfi.
