About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow around Menfi in the countryside of southwestern Sicily, where the vineyards are surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea. Steady sunshine and moderate rainfall limit rot and mould, while coastal breezes ventilate the vineyards, moderate temperature changes and aid ripening.
Vinification
The grapes are partially dried using the appassimento method. Some dry naturally on the vine, while others are dried in well-ventilated rooms. A slow, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats.

Rich and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
Label / history
The name Inycon derives from the ancient Greek name for the municipality of Menfi.
