About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Settesoli’s own vineyards in the municipality of Menfi in southwestern Sicily. The vineyards lie in countryside near the Mediterranean Sea, where the grapes ripen in Sicilian sunshine and fresh sea breezes.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly under controlled temperatures in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged and stabilized in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Inycon derives from the ancient Greek name for Menfi.
