About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Settesoli’s own vineyards in the commune of Menfi, in southwestern Sicily. The vineyards are influenced by Mediterranean sunshine and fresh coastal breezes, which moderate temperature changes, maintain air movement and support ripening.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel vats using traditional methods.
Ageing
Ageing and stabilization take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Inycon derives from the ancient Greek name for Menfi.
