About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the small commune of Menfi on Sicily’s southern coast. The vines grow in limestone soils in a warm Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine and moderate rainfall.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and traditionally vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel vats.
