About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Settesoli’s own vineyards in southwestern Sicily.
Vinification
The must is vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22–25 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
Label / history
The name refers to the Italian word “rondine,” meaning “swallow,” and swallows appear on the label. The imagery was chosen to evoke the light, summery and friendly character intended by the winemakers.
