About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Timperosse area of Menfi, where the climate is dry and the soils are sandy and rich in iron.
Vinification
The grapes undergo a short maceration lasting 4–6 days at a controlled temperature of 15–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for three months at 10 °C, followed by four months in bottle.
