About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards near the nature reserve by the Belice River. The vineyards slope towards the sea and benefit from fresh sea breezes.
Vinification
Cryomaceration takes place at 5–8 °C, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks at 10 °C, followed by four months in bottle.
