About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, then destemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at approximately 28 °C, followed by traditional maceration with the skins and seeds.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by a short period in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Bright, aromatic and full-flavoured, with a delicate, inviting aroma, mature tannins and good balance.
