About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Duality combines Sauvignon Blanc from two hillside vineyards with contrasting characteristics. A mid-to-high hillside parcel faces south/south-east, allowing greater ripeness and contributing structure, warmth and softness. The lower north-east-facing vineyard experiences stronger day-to-night temperature changes, supporting more distinctly varietal aromas, higher acidity and freshness.
The vineyards lie in Friuli Colli Orientali at 130–180 m above sea level, on marl and sandstone. They were planted in 1990 at approximately 5,000 vines per hectare and are trained to Guyot and Cappuccina.
Grapes
100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Straw yellow. The elegant varietal aroma combines grapefruit, elderflower, flint, mint and exotic fruit. The palate is structured, intense and voluminous, with good acid tension, complex varietal expression and a long, persistent finish.
