About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards on sandy alluvial soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October and carefully sorted at the winery before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barriques for 12 months, followed by six months in large wooden casks before release.
