About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Montiggl, above Lake Monticolo, at 480–550 m on south- and southeast-facing slopes. The mainly gravelly soils contain porphyry, and the climate is cool but very sunny.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early October and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees in the same stainless-steel tanks for five months.

Elegant and distinctive, with a fruity aroma and a fresh, mineral character.
