About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils in the Langhe area of the province of Cuneo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September and gently pressed. The must is filtered, and the clear juice is fermented without the skins at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a short period in bottle.
