Tasting profile
Intense ruby red. The nose is concentrated and complex, led by ripe red fruit. Medium-bodied and well structured, the palate combines pleasant freshness with a smooth finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18 °C. A versatile match for pasta and both white and red meats, and also enjoyable on its own.
