About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies in the Bergeisa site in the municipality of Barolo, at an altitude of 280 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks for 22–30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12 months in small second- and third-use barrels, followed by 15–20 months in large barrels.
