About this wine
Vinification
Produced at Tenuta Regaleale in Palermo, the grapes are dried in the shade in a dry room after harvest. Fermentation lasts 25 days in stainless-steel vats at a controlled 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months in bottle.
Label / history
Created in 1995, ten years after Nozzo d'Oro, which commemorated the golden wedding anniversary of Count Giuseppe Tasca and his wife, Franca. The name means the “diamond” of Almerita and reflects the Count’s renewed promise of eternal love to his wife: “To my wife, with all my love.”
