About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Produced at Tenuta Capofaro, a Tasca d'Almerita estate in the Lipari Islands.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are dried in the shade in a dry room. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months in bottle.
