About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in northern Puglia, on clay-limestone and sandy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected, so that only the best bunches are used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with an extended maceration of about 15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees in stainless steel for approximately six months, then matures in bottle for a period before release.
