About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from 4 ha of vineyards in the Larciano area, north of Florence. Older vines are trained to spur-pruned cordon, while the newer parcels use Guyot. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic-farming principles. Practices include mating-disruption traps against grapevine moth, organic humus, sowing and green manure to improve soil quality.
