About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery's vineyards at an altitude of 220 metres. The vines are 12 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small 15 kg baskets, then vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C for 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in second-use French oak barrels.
