About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese grows on well-drained sandy soils in Chianti Classico.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness and placed in small trays. Fermentation with natural yeasts and skin maceration take place in open 10 hl vessels, chosen for optimal oxygen exposure. Pump-overs are done manually.
Ageing
The wine ages for 30 months in a single 30 hl oak barrel, then rests at least one year in bottle.

A rich wine.
Label / history
The 2019 vintage was released in a limited production of 4,000 bottles.
