About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are selected from several estate-owned vineyards.
Grapes
100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
Vinification
The grapes undergo pellicular maceration in the press, followed by gentle pressing.
Ageing
The wine matures for 4–5 months in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by 3–4 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Fruit aromas integrate with the mineral character typical of Vernaccia. The palate combines complexity with a balanced relationship between acidity, body and length. An almond nuance emerges in the aftertaste and gives the finish a gently bitter edge. The overall profile emphasizes drinkability.
