About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards on the Feudo Croce estate in Carosino, where the soils are predominantly limestone and clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless steel.
