About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards on the shores of Lake Garda.

Vinification

Maceration and fermentation take place at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C and last 10–15 days.

Ageing

The wine is aged for 4–8 months in oak barrels of 20–40 hL.

Label / history

The wine comes from Tenuta Valleselle, a country house (Villa Tenuta Valleselle) in the hills near Lake Garda, not far from Bardolino. The villa is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards and olive groves owned by the Tinazzi company. The family bought the estate in 1986 and restored it, and it now receives guests, who can taste wines from the cellar, explore the vineyards and hold celebrations there.
