About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripeness and sugar levels reach the desired balance. They are crushed and destemmed, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for an unspecified period in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.

The labels of the "Duca delle Corone" collection are inspired by the rose windows on the façades of churches in Puglia.
