About this wine
Vinification
Following harvest, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration in the press before pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C for approximately 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.

The labels of the Duca delle Corone collection are inspired by the rose windows of local churches in Puglia, particularly the way light passes through them onto the warm-toned stone interiors.
