About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are selected, crushed and destemmed at the winery. Maceration and fermentation take place at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C for 8–12 days. The wine is then separated from the pomace by gentle pressing.
Ageing
Before bottling, the young wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Soft in texture.
Label / history
The label design draws on the rose windows of churches in Puglia, whose filtered light falls on the warm-toned stone interiors.
