Vineyard and terroir
The Trebbiano grapes are grown in sunny Puglia.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks, which preserves the wine's freshness, citrus and fruit character and clean texture, without distracting notes.
Ageing
A short period of ageing in steel keeps the wine light, clear in flavour and even in character, without the roundness that oak ageing can bring.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, clean and uncomplicated. Dry in style, with moderate acidity and delicate fruitiness, citrus and fruit character, and a clean texture.
