About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, then crushed and destemmed at the winery. Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C for 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 8–12 months in 10–20 hl barrels.
