Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown organically in the producer’s vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in late September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified using traditional methods.
Serving and pairing
Suitable pairings include appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, fish-based starters and main courses, fresh cheeses, and pasta.
