About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the municipalities of Tollo, Chieti and Bucchianico, at 130–200 metres above sea level. The vineyards face south and southeast, and the vines are 25–30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of October. Following maceration on the skins, the must ferments at 28 °C and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.

Intensely fruity.
