About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and gently pressed at the winery before vinification by traditional methods.
Serving and pairing
Pair with pasta dishes, mushrooms, truffles, meat or spicy cheeses.
