About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards at 130 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils. The local climate and geography favour grape quality.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the last ten days of September. They undergo cryomaceration at 5 °C, followed by pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel vats for six months.
