Tasting profile
Red-fruit notes appear on the nose and palate. The texture is pleasantly soft, with well-balanced tannins.
Label / history
“Gufo” is Italian for “owl”. This nocturnal creature, which moves freely in darkness, has long symbolised knowledge, wind and skill. In Ancient Rome, the owl was regarded as the bird of the soul of the goddess Minerva.
