About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the Tollo region at 130 metres above sea level, on south-west-facing clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the last ten days of September and gently pressed at the winery. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 16 °C. A six-month second fermentation under pressure follows in stainless steel tanks, using the Martinotti method.
