About this wine
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-October, when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. The fruit undergoes skin maceration at a controlled temperature, followed by fermentation at 25 °C and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless steel tanks.
