About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented traditionally at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine rests briefly on its fine lees.
