About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown in the Veneto region.

Vinification

Each variety is vinified separately. Corvina undergoes cold maceration followed by fermentation; Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature of 20–22 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked and blended.

Ageing

The blend is transferred to wooden barrels for ageing.

Tasting profile

Rich and mature, with a beautifully structured palate and spicy, fruity aromas.
